Should blogs be regulated and monitored by Government?

This is one of the heated discussion in media and among all blogger that should blog be regulated or not? The day from blogging started on Internet and become the medium of express the thought and view of individual person, many people pointed out that blogging should be ban or monitored by government.

Blog is one of the best medium for a common man to express his view on Internet which is approachable to maximum people. Internet is a place where everybody has complete freedom of speech and choice to choose.

There is no sense to regulate a blog because it is a symbol of complete democracy on the Internet and everyone has rights to express himself. But many countries are trying to regulating it and punishing many blogger who are speaking against the government. The freeness of speech should not be regulated on the Internet.
